From a background in the world of start-ups, through a series of universal nudges, I was lucky, or fated, to stumble upon my reconnection with Nature.
I will always return to the Ocean. I used to go to be held, recalibrate and release without judgement. It wasn't until many years later that I had the opportunity to instead serve her.
Work in the Blue Economy opened my eyes to how much she provides beyond awe… our every second breath. Yet frustration grew: how little we know, the tragedy of overlooked and underfunded opportunities. For a time, I believed change could only happen through existing established systems; private-sector ROI proving worth for public adoption. But I'm grateful to have been exposed to the sheer abundance of solutions and the unreported magnitude of the impact they emit. It is here my passion for education and regenerative principles was spurred.

My cross-sector experience provides me with a great foundation to facilitate strategic partnerships and thereby expansion, amplification and growth for entities. It is true, rather than in limited runway silos; our sector is stronger together.
AI Transformation
When I build an ROI case for a climate organisation, it speaks two languages at once: A) the financial story a board and funder need to see, and B) the impact story the team and community actually care about. Both are true. Both matter. This is where I believe AI belongs in our sector: not as a saviour or gimmick, but as the tool that reclaims mission hours.
C-Suite Management
Whether you run an NGO, private-public entity or are in the early days of developing something completely new. I support major stakeholders in communicating and excecuting their vision.
